If you want an evening or afternoon of nothing but fun, fun, fun, I highly recommend the band Exit 113. The Business and Professional Women’s organization of Atlantic, Iowa hosted Exit 113 as a fundraiser for our non-profit organization. This was our first experience hosting a dance, but what a success. Most people in Atlantic had not heard of Exit 113, but by the time the evening ended, everyone, and I mean everyone, who attended, was smiling and raving about their first experience with Exit 113. Words to describe this band are: Entertaining, cool, first-class, high-spirited, exuberating, and downright good. Their variety of music is amazing; something for everyone. And as an added bonus, during intermission, members of Exit 113 gave everyone a dance exhibition that was equivalent to “Dancing With the Stars”. For days after the event, I had people come up to me and tell me what a great time they had and wanted to know when they would be back in Atlantic.
