Hello! We are a trio from central Iowa who performs choreographed songs in three-part harmony.  Most of our repertoire is composed of songs made famous by the legendary Andrews Sisters. Our harmonies and some of our choreography are inspired by the famous war-time group. (Read more about the Andrews Sisters.)

Our Alto is Autumn Chase (left) who picks out the part of LaVerne Andrews. Jill DeGarmeaux sings Mezzo Soprano (middle) like Patty Andrews, and Lara Roy (right) sings soprano as did Maxene Andrews. The LadyBirds came together because of our shared interest and involvement in vintage styles of swing dancing. Our group started singing together in October, 2013.

In 2021, The Ladybirds added 2 additional members to the trio to allow for more performance opportunities! We are fortunate enough to also have Tailyn Kaster (left) who sings alto, and Amy Burgmaier (right) who is another soprano for the group.
